How to control your PC from Android Phone or another PC or Laptop

Laptops and PCs have become an important part of our everyday life but we cannot carry them with us all the time and some time we need to access files that are present in our Laptop or PC and we don't have our laptop with us and PC obviously cannot be carried around. Then how can one access his laptop or PC when he or she is somewhere out and needs to access file in emergency ?

Well answer is simple every one have their smart phone ( Android devices ) with them all the time because it is smaller in size and you don't go anywhere without it. These Android devices can be used to get access to your PC or laptop from any where in the world without any problem and that to by installing a simple software on your Android device and on your PC or Laptop And that software is Team Viewer.

How Team Viewer Works


Team Viewer is a free licence software that allows you to connect remotely to any device For example you can use it to connect from one PC to another PC or to a Laptop or to an Android device. You simply have to install Team viewer on both devices and allow remote access to both devices. Team Viewer uses your internet connection to allow you access to other devices.


How to use Team Viewer to connect from Android to PC or Laptop


In order to use Team Viewer to connect remotely to your PC using Android device follow these instruction:

1. Download and Install Team Viewer on your PC or Laptop And on your Android Phone.
2. Run Team Viewer on your PC you will see your ID and password written on left side of window.

3. Now open Team Viewer App installed on your Android device and you will see a window similar       to the one shown below .In this window you have to enter your PCs Team Viewer ID.

4. After this you will be prompted for password enter the password shown on your PCs Team viewer       and you will get connected to your PC.
5. In next window you will be guided about controls related to cursor.
6. Once you are connected go to settings on Team Viewer and grant your Android device remote             access to your PC.

Now you can access files from your PC at any time using your Android device or phone. The reverse is also possible you can control your Android Phone using your PC.

IMPORTANT NOTE
                                   For remote access both your devices must be connected to internet and must be online at all time.
