How to connect Android to PC using Shareit

Technology is rapidly progressing and every day we find thousand s of new ways to do our daily work which were achieved by one and only one method .For Example Data was first transferred only by using USB but now you can transfer data to or from you PC using wiki , data cable ,and there are some apps that allow you to transfer data at high speed using your WiFi or Bluetooth adapter and one of these Apps is Share it.


What is Shareit?

Shareit is very popular now days because it allows you to share apps , songs , movies and many other files from one Android to another Android or PC and that too at very high speed almost 4Mb per second and it may increase because it depends on your adapter. If your device has good adapter than you can transfer files at much higher speed while using shareit.


How to use share it with Android Device?

You can download share it from Play Store for your Android and sharing Apps or data between two android apps is very simple. Open shareit on both androids you will see two options highlighted in blue color Send and Receive. Click on send and select files that you want to send and on other Android click Receive. You will see his Avatar on your screen siply tap on that Avatar and your file will be transferred.


 Connect your Android to PC using Shareit

Well using Sharit on Android is very simple. It does not mean that using it on PC is difficult you can say it's tricky. First of all there are two ways to connect your PC to Android. You can connect by searching your Android Device and second method is to scan a QR code that is shown on Shareit installed on your PC.

1. Connecting to PC by scanning QR code

It seams easier to scan QR code and connect to your PC but it's not. When you are trying to connect to PC by using Qr code your Android device and PC both should be connected to same Network. If your devices are not on same network then you can won't be able to connect your android device to your PC. That's why I prefer connecting through search option.

2. Connecting to PC by PC search option

Connection through PC search option is very easy. Open Shareit on your PC click on Search Hotspot of mobile. Your PC will start searching your Android device. Now open Shareit on your Android device and select connect to PC from main menu. After this select PC search option wait for almost 5 sec and your androids Shareit Avatar will appear on PC screen. Click that Avatar to connect to your Android device. You will see an arrow moving from PC Avatar to Avatar of Android Device and you will receive a message that you are connected to Android. Now you can transfer any file from your PC to android and from your android to PC. Remember to keep your Android device near your PC while connecting or else connection will take along time or it may not established. Once connection between android and PC is Established you can move your phone away but sill you can transfer files.

IMPORTANT

Note that you must Download Shareit version 4 or higher on your PC and Android or else it won't work.

3. PC to PC Connection

You can use Shareit to connect from one PC to another PC or Laptop. Open Shareit on your PC at top of window of share it you will see an icon for settings. Click on setting from drop down list select connect to PC. Now open Shareit on other PC and Click on searched Avatar. You are now connected to that PC now you can transfer files from your PC and receive files from other PC and that too without any USB.
